The Opportunity Service SA delivers government information and transactional services across South Australia via an integrated, multi‑channel network. The Service Delivery Manager oversees local Customer Service Centre operations, staff performance, service quality, facilities and equipment. Reporting to the Region Manager, the role implements operational requirements, ensures compliance with auditable frameworks, safeguards confidential information and drives high‑quality customer experiences. As the Manager, a primary focus of the role is to lead, coach, develop and mentor staff, cultivating the skills and behaviours needed to effectively support a diverse customer base. The Service Delivery Manager ensures customers receive exceptional service and outcomes, always aligned with established policies and procedures.
