About the role As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in partnering with leaders to build a flexible, capable and high-performing workforce across SCSS. Providing trusted advice, coaching and guidance on a broad range of human resources matters, you will support managers to navigate workforce challenges, drive positive workplace outcomes and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will deliver practical and strategic human resources solutions aligned with organisational priorities, industrial frameworks and best practice.
