About the Role: As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Renal Dialysis, you will provide proficient, person-centred nursing care while supporting the leadership and coordination of the unit. You will oversee care delivery, monitor patient outcomes, and contribute to the effective operation of the service. In this role, you will assist the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager with clinical, education and management activities, including coordinating services, supporting staff development, and contributing to rostering and resource planning. You will provide leadership within the team, support a positive learning culture, and contribute to quality improvement and research activities to enhance patient care outcomes.
