*You will be able to select the position you're applying to, location and job status preference upon completing the application form* Mental Health Nursing Opportunities About the Roles You will contribute to the delivery of integrated mental health care across community, acute, and rehabilitation settings, using a combination of preventative, early-intervention, therapeutic, and evaluative approaches. This may include individual and family therapeutic work, group programs, health promotion, and community development activities. Professionals appointed at this level will consolidate and expand their clinical knowledge and skills through continuous development and experience. You will accept accountability for your own practice standards and for the activities you delegate to others, ensuring care is delivered safely, ethically, and in alignment with recovery-oriented principles. What We're Looking For: Registered Nurse (RN/M1) Applicants will further develop their practice from novice to proficient, working under professional guidance while contributing to multidisciplinary care and integrated service delivery.
Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C) Applicants will bring consolidated experience, practise as competent to proficient clinicians, guide less experienced staff, and may be assigned negotiated portfolio responsibilities aligned with their career development plan.
Clinical Liaison (RN/M3) Applicants will bring advanced mental health nursing expertise, practise as proficient clinicians with independent decision-making, lead and mentor staff, and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
