The role contributes to the delivery of a contemporary and responsive people management framework through the application of employment legislation, industrial instruments, policies and procedures. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, the position supports informed decision-making, effective workplace relationships and the achievement of organisational objectives within a complex public sector environment.
