• Build and maintain positive relationships with children and young people.
• Coordinate and facilitate family access arrangements, including transporting children to and from visits.
• Foster inclusive practice that supports Aboriginal people and culturally diverse communities.
• Promote positive behaviour by responding to challenges using effective strategies to de-escalate conflict.

• You have strong active listening and communication skills.
• You can build positive relationships with children and young people to support positive outcomes.
• You are able to manage varied workloads, prioritise tasks, and organise work activities effectively.
