About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Office of the Commissioner for Victims’ Rights as a Client and Service Support Officer (ASO4), contributing to work that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of victims across South Australia. In this varied and fast-paced role, you will engage directly with clients and stakeholders, manage sensitive case information, and support informed decision-making in line with legislative and policy frameworks.

As part of a small, dedicated team, you will deliver high-quality administrative and project support, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who brings strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and a compassionate, client-focused approach, with the opportunity to play a key part in enhancing outcomes for victims.

Special Conditions for Employment

Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested. Forms are not to be lodged directly with SA Police (SAPOL) under any circumstances and any fees incurred by applicants in doing so will not be recoverable from the AGD.
