Your Time to Shine

The Sector Liaison Officer facilitates Sector engagement to support the Centre of Excellence identify requirements and solutions to improve Early Childhood Education and Care training and education programs across Australia. Under the direction of the Manager, Strategic Engagement and with the support of the Centre of Excellence team, the Sector Liaison Officer will identify and liaise with internal and external stakeholders locally and nationally to facilitate the development and operation of stakeholder engagement plans supporting key initiatives and programs for the Early Childhood Education and Care Centre. What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with staff, industry partners, educational institutions, government agencies, and community organisations.
  • Proactive and highly organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise and work effectively in a multi-disciplinary / matrix team environment
  • Strong ability to draft and edit compelling content for publication across social media, newsletters and reports
  • Strong ability to develop, deliver and report on tailored engagement and communication strategies to support the delivery of projects.

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
