About the role Join BreastScreen SA as the Team Leader, Client Communication and play a key role in supporting the delivery of South Australia's breast cancer screening program. Leading a dedicated team, you will coordinate day-to-day client communication activities, oversee workflows and resources, and ensure women receive timely, professional and compassionate service throughout their screening journey. This rewarding role combines people leadership, customer service and operational coordination. You will support staff development and training, drive continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to process development and help maintain high standards of service delivery, data quality and client care. Working closely with stakeholders across BreastScreen SA, you will help create a positive experience for clients while supporting an important public health service.
