About the Role
Join CALHN as a Research Project Officer and help shape best practice in clinical research. You’ll manage projects, build quality improvement initiatives and create meaningful change using data and health technologies to support better outcomes across the organisation.
- Lead clinical research improvement projects
- Use data to review practice and guide change
- Support education for staff and key stakeholders
- Coordinate programs to lift research awareness
- Partner with teams to strengthen research culture
About You
You’re a proactive and collaborative professional ready to lead research improvement and support high-quality outcomes. You bring:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Strong leadership, comms and problem-solving skills
- Experience in clinical research projects or trials
- Skilled in data analysis and report writing
- Able to drive change and work across teams
