About the Opportunity
The Member Services Officer provides specialised
superannuation-based information to members, agencies and
stakeholders that relate to the schemes and products administered
by the Super SA office. The role is based in the Contact Centre and
is focussed primarily on the provision of member service via phone
in the Call Centre, via face-to-face interaction in the Member
Centre, and via written and electronic correspondence.
Activities undertaken by the Member Services Officer include:
- Providing information relating to eligibility criteria,
legislation, insurance, and taxation.
- Providing specific and accurate details related to
individual and member accounts.
- Providing information relating to targeted campaigns,
superannuation, and insurance related services.
- Calculating superannuation benefits.

Pool Recruitment Process
The Member Services Officer temporary pool will remain
active for 12 months and you can apply at any time during this
period.
We have opportunities to join our team throughout the year and your
application will remain in the pool and will be considered for the
next available recruitment intake.

Remuneration
ASO3 - $67,589 min - $72,033 max per annum, plus
superannuation
