Working closely with executives and stakeholders across PIRSA, this role helps shape responses, provides skilled administrative support and ensures that government and industry matters are handled with accuracy, discretion, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate, track and manage ministerial correspondence, Chief Executive correspondence, and parliamentary briefing notes, ensuring responses are accurate, timely, and aligned with PIRSA and central agency requirements.
  • Review and audit documents for clarity, compliance, and professional presentation.
  • Liaise with Divisional Executive Directors, the Chief Executive, and the Minister’s Office to facilitate feedback and ensure all parties are informed.
  • Provide guidance and on-the-job training to staff on the Objective Workflow system and correspondence processes.
  • Maintain and improve systems for managing correspondence, reporting, and records retrieval.
  • Support departmental and inter-agency responses to ensure PIRSA’s perspective is represented.
  • Contribute to team projects and provide backup support to the Manager, Ministerial and Cabinet Coordination, as needed.

About You
