The Department of Primary Industries and Regions (PIRSA) is seeking a Senior Work Health Safety Consultant to join our People and Culture team. In this influential role, you'll work closely with executives, managers and employees across a diverse range of operational environments to strengthen our safety culture, support legislative compliance and drive continuous improvement in workplace health and safety. About the role As a Senior Work Health Safety Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor providing high-level WHS guidance and support across designated divisions, sites and projects. You will partner with leaders to identify and manage risks, build capability and implement practical solutions that improve safety outcomes for our people. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will lead strategic WHS initiatives, contribute to the ongoing enhancement of PIRSA's WHS Management System and play a key role in embedding a positive safety culture.
